What This Website Is

Ceiling Water Removal Pros markets ceiling water removal and water damage restoration services. It refers requests to independent service providers and does not itself perform restoration work.

The brand does not drain ceilings, extract water, remove insulation, dry structures or rebuild drywall. A separate service company carries out any work a customer approves.

Hiring a Service Provider

Each independent provider sets its own services, prices, response times and terms. The customer chooses whether to hire a provider and whether to accept its proposed agreement.

Ceiling Water Removal Pros does not supervise the work at a property. Customers should review a provider's methods, qualifications, price basis and payment terms before they approve work.

No Warranty on General Information

The information on the website is general and carries no warranty, express or implied, to the extent the law allows. It does not promise any arrival time, result, availability or price.

Conditions differ at every property. Only an on-site assessment by a qualified professional can describe a particular loss, and the website cannot replace that assessment.

Insurance Decisions

A customer's insurance company reads the policy and decides coverage. Photographs, moisture logs and work records describe a loss but do not decide whether a claim is paid.

Photographs and Contact

Photographs on the website are representative. They do not show a named customer's completed project, and the people shown are not employees of the brand.
